Even small businesses should run like a large corporation as far as their computer system is concerned.You should be able to use tools that allow efficient communication between co workers. Of course, Microsoft is the most widely used solution and until now, it was very expensive to deploy. Microsoft designed the Small Business Server (SBS) to allow for affordable server installations. It is pre-installed with many features such as Microsoft Exchange email and SharePoint. Other nice features are remote access to email and even connectivity to your computers at the office.
